Precision Organoid Engineering

As part of the Precision Organoid Engineering for Multi-Organ Studies (POEM) network and the CellNetworks Core Technology Platform (CCTP), the lab develops advanced human 3D tissue models for biomedical research. 

These in vitro systems reproduce essential aspects of organ structure and function in the laboratory, allowing researchers to better understand human physiology and disease. The platform will combine robotics, automated cell culture, advanced microscopy, and artificial intelligence–based analysis into a single integrated workflow, enabling researchers to generate and study large numbers of standardized human tissue models for systematic drug studies, precise disease modeling, and AI-driven analysis of complex biological data.
