Alliance Events + Co-Working
The Health + Life Science Alliance offers access to fully equipped seminar and workshop spaces, as well as flexible co-working offices designed to foster collaboration and innovation. These spaces are open to Alliance members and their guests. They provide an ideal environment for hosting events, initiating new collaborations, and supporting ongoing Alliance projects. Whether you're planning a strategic meeting, a hands-on workshop, or simply need a place to co-create with peers from across institutions, our shared infrastructure is here to help ideas grow and partnerships thrive.
Booking of the Event + Co-Working Spaces
Booking is open to members of Alliance institutions in Heidelberg and Mannheim only.
Access to the booking system is exclusively via log in with your institutional email address and password (SSO authentication).
The creation of a separate account in the system is not permitted and will not grant access.

A tour or preview of our spaces is offered on Wednesdays from 1-2pm and Fridays from 12-1pm.
