On 26 April 2023, the Health + Life Science Alliance welcomed all new interinstitutional postdocs awarded in 2022.

Our postdocs have just recently started with their interdisciplinary projects between at least two Alliance institutions: They have been formerly affiliated with institutions in Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom.

They gave short pitches about their scientific background and current research, thereby allowing all fellows to get a glimpse into their work and get to know each other.

Wolfgang Wick, Spokesperson of the Alliance, presented the vision of the Alliance and explained how to best contribute to the Alliance, navigate the various opportunities and spark new interinstitutional collaborations.

The Alliance is very proud of the first postdoc cohort of 23 researchers and is impressed by the innovative research projects they are conducting.
